We accept returns for the item upto 7 days of reciept by you.

In case the item is received broken or dead on arrival (DOA), you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt and then proceed as per instructions.

You must preserve all the original accessories and packing you receive with the item. We shall require the item to be sent back in the same condition as was sent by us. In case the item was sent in a sealed packing, please cut open the packing only after properly inspecting the item from outside and making sure that it is the same product you need.
