If using a power adapter with the keyboard always use one with a power output of 6V 500mA as required by the keyboard. Using other power inputs may cause the device to short circuit and we shall not be responsible for that.
Always use good quality branded batteries for optimal performance.
If in case the item is defective you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and upon our consent must send it back within 7 days in its original packing and including all the accesories that is in a RESELLABLE condition. On inspecting the item if it is found to be defective we shall at our discretion either replace it or refund you the money but in no case shall we refund the shipping charges paid by you to us or your return shipping charges.
The keyboard may NOT feel exactly the same as regular Electronic keyboards as it is flat and has only touch keys. You may not get the feeling of pressing the keys or initially may find it difficult to adjust to it but this cannot be considered a reason for returning the keyboard. So please keep in mind that this keyboard is a little different and you should be prepared for it.
